We as Owners will lead you through every phase of the construction process, help coordinate selection & purchasing of the homeowners material selections, and answer any questions during all phases of construction. Our Five Step Proven Process
Acquire Financing If Needed & Establish A Budget.
Set up a phone or in-person meeting to discuss the project.
Always talk with the contractor first to get an idea of pricing before speaking with an architect. Architects will draw you anything without considering the price.
We provide a detailed proposal with allowances for your selections. This ensures that we stay in budget and allows you the homeowner to feel confident in making your final decision.
Be aware of our competitors proposal that is vague. The contractor may be trying to make his price look cheap, and then hit you with extras after!
Signed Contract, Plans & Permits
Once the contract Is signed, we take a $100 deposit. Then, we work with the architect to design your project. Once the plans are finalized & submitted, we prepare the construction work flow, while you make material selections, & prepare for the work to begin upon permit approval.
During the time the permit application process, we are working on a pre-construction checklist. This includes making selections for items such as roofing, siding, plumbing fixtures, etc. In addition, you’re preparing your house & property for the start of construction.
During the construction process, you’ll have meetings with the owners of the company, at key points of construction to ensure that the work is satisfactory. If changes would like to be made, we can discus them in the field prior to moving forward. During the whole process, a direct line of communication is established to alleviate any questions or stress.
